Cocker Spaniel Rosie

I was born on 24 June 2010 in Knutsford, to proud mum Ellie.

This is the story of how I came to live in North Wales and share my life with Debz.

This is my story so far...

Sisters n sexy boys

Now the snow is melting, that means it's shrinking away and all that's left are crispy bits at the edges - and I have to walk along these bits- you see I really like the snow.

I really like sisters too- apparently- well that's what Mum says- she says I am supposed to like sisters (and I don't mean my feline sisters.) Mum got all excited and told me she'd heard from the lady that has my sister Molly. She says she looks and sounds just like me. Now I'm not so sure there can be another one as pretty as me (right? right? eh?) but Mum says she is just as pretty. Hmmm... whatever.

Anyway her name is Molly and she lives with a boy (a grown up one- yeah right)- called Dylan. A boy... gross.

Mind you he looks rather dishy ...

So, here are some photos of my sister... and Dylan and ME!!!

DYLAN THE DUDE: aw yes he is a bit of a spunk...

MOLLY AND DYLAN: Dylan... Dylan where for art thou...

AGAIN MOLLY AND DYLANNNNNNNN DREAMY DYLAN- she's so lucky! I think I might fancy my sister's brother...

MY SISTER MOLLY

ME!!! Look at me! She looks nothing like me... really... she does? Hmmm.. she's as pretty as me? Really?

Mum made me do this- but it's a bit dark- sorry...

Mum says Molly also steals food from her mum's plate and she gets on the couch.. and when she bites she makes her lick too...
I quite like the sound of a play date.

In fact Mum wants all of us to get together and she hopes to hear from all my brothers as well... I suppose Christmas is coming and Mum says that's a time for family... what's Christmas then?

Did someone say a big fat man in a red suit is gonna come down the chimney... don't make me laugh..

...what he might bring me presents? On second thought...when is he coming? Dear Santa, can I have a Dylan...

Let in snow, let it snow, let it snow

I have been having so much fun I keep telling Mum, "Like, quit asking me to post on my Blog will you?"
Of course she says I'm a defiant teenager- not that I know what that word means yet but it sounds good anyway.
But I have to tell you 2 things, important things you have to remember: Ready?

1. Nikki has her new puppy, mind you he is so young and is a boy, but hey... his name is Billy and I think I mentioned him last time but I have photos Mum insists I share.
Billy is from Liverpool, same as Jake but I heard a funny thing at the park the other day, think it was that Alfie (get-off-me Alfie) that said it. He said, "Dogs from Liverpool are dead 'ard." Now I don't really know what that means but when I meet Billy next month I have been told to be careful. Know what I said to that?
You guessed: I said, "What-ever."

Photos of Billy...

Enough please- what about me? Eh? Eh? Eh?

I SAID WHAT ABOUT ME?

Back to me...

And...2. it's been snowing! Now at first seeing all this white stuff on the ground I thought- well this is kind of cool, strike that- FREEZING but when it started falling out the sky the way food does in the kitchen- well of course I opened my mouth waiting for crumbs and I got 'snow'. That's what's it called and I have something to say about that- it kind of tastes like water- except really cold.

So I have some pictures and some movie clips to share with you about the snow.

And today my other grandparents are coming from Liverpool and I know I met them once but I was a baby then. I hope they bring me a present. Ooh yes! Yes! Yes! Hope they aren't 'dead 'ard'- , unless being dead 'ard is actually good thing in which case I hope they are 'dead 'ard.'

So we're going somewhere in the car later too.

Anyway, here are the photos or as they say in Liverpool, the 'photies.'

Where I live in North Wales- On Friday

Now... what was I doing before- oh yeah I was on the couch looking out of the window. I'm not allowed on the couch. I'm not allowed upstairs. I'm not allowed to bite the wooden banister at the botttom of the stairs. I'm not allowed to steal food off mum's plate AND I'm not allowed to jump up when people come.
Yeah- right- well I don't go upstairs. I think that's pretty good.
Oh and one other thing: I'm not allowed to be really naughty when Mum tries to put my new harness on (she bought it because I pull too much on the half- thingingmy bob. It does work, Mum loves it, but you think I can behave when she tried to put it on- like, NO! I'm young, I get excited... what do you expect?

So this is me- on the sofa...why not? Eh?!!!

Just chilling- what's good for the humans... and for that matter the cats...

Do they think I don't know what they're saying... couches are for cats first, humans second and dogs- NEVER

But I know different...this is the life...

What do you mean get off the couch- me, I'm only resting here a moment- honest...

What?

What's that thing the dog in the park was trying to do to me? I mean, his name is Alfie and I was only playing and he keeps doing this thing with his hips...sticking them in my face and in my ear and Mum shouts and gets very cross and tells the people that look after Alfie they need to keep him under control.
He chases me and keeps on chasing me... and he follows us home.
"He's a right randy sod," a neighbour said but all I did was look at him and thought, "What?"
"You get him done," one of the other neighbours says.
"What?"
"He does that the kids that come to the park too," he says.
"Kids? I love them- they are the same thing as children, right?"

So the walk today was short because of Alfie. But we're going again- later. Good. Oh Good. Oh yes good.

Mum says Nicola has Billy now- she went to collect him from the breeder (eh?)
Billy is a sheep dog, a cordless brolly I think she said is the name of the breed. I get to meet him next month. He is Jake's nephew that came to see me- remember?
He doesn't do that thing with his hips at me (Jake that is)- so I don't have to look at him and say, "What?"

Billy is nearly as big as me already Mum says. Yikes. So long as he plays with me and he doesn't do that hip thing I am happy.

So Lacey is angry at me a whole lot of the time now but I don't see what's so wrong with trying to make her play. So I barked at her and said to her, "Like what's so wrong with playing with me?" I mean I'm a big girl now, a teenager Mum says. A teenager I think, "What?"

But all Lacey does when I ask her what's wrong with me, is look at me and say, "Everything."
Don't say much these cats do they?

Cagney- she just runs away from me, I like her though...

I want to sit on the radiator...

So anyway, I am a big girl and Mum says big girls don't do wee wees in the house- but I still do... not many though. The other day I had been so good and Mum was on the phone- that thing she puts by her ear and she was talking loads and I was thinking, "I'm over here! Look at me! Look at me! I said...LOOK AT ME?" So then I started biting her sleeve and she was very cross and I was thinking "You talking to me?"

Obviously she wasn't so I jumped on the other couch and did a wee wee.
I won't tell you what happened next- it involved shouting and showing me the rolled up newspaper, being smacked with a rolled up newspaper and me being ignored and having to stay in my bed.
You know what I said? I looked at her and I said, "What?"

What's so wrong with that? Or chewing the door post? Or eating bits of paper? Or stealing things out of the bin? Or putting my head in the cat litter for a crunchy treat? WHAT?

Mmmm.. cat poo...through the arched window...

But Mum says I am growing up now. She says I am being very rude sometimes. All I do is wiggle my hips, like Alfie at the park. I do it with Ollie my toy and with Mum's arm. She gives me a funny look and says, "You are a big confused teenager." Then she says something about the 'Hormones' - I think maybe they are some kind of bisouit or maybe the new neighbours at number 10.

Guess what I do? After I've wiggled my hips like that... I look at Mum and I say, "WHAT?"

WHAT?

My Mum...

...is a witch....

Told you!

Today it's been cold and rainy and I have been out twice but Mum says it's too dark and cold to go out again and an hour's exercise is enough for one day...whatever...

Here is me and my mum...when she's not being a witch- I suppose she's alright then!

I'm the cute one...with my belly out

Reaction from The Cat That Spat

To The Dog With The Blog...

When in battle little one- remember The Cat always wins...

Look at me! Look at me! Look at me!

With my nan

Wot the cat say? Eh? Eh? Eh?

Did she tell you I climbed through the cat flap? See, I am just as clever as them!

Did she tell you I know to lay and stay and sort of stand... and I know the names of all my toys....

Did she tell you I bark at fireworks?

Did she tell you my mum tried to scare us wearing a Halloween mask? What's that then? Scared? Me? Terrified actually. She is a cruel Mum.

Did she tell you I go for long walks now and I am very good off the lead?

Did she tell you I like biscuits and lolipop doggy chews?

Did she tell you I eat cat sick?

Bet she didn't tell you much, did she?

Out walking:

The Three Stooges and me!

Cats eh? But I like them. I do! I do! I do! Even Lacey- still not sharing my bed though!

And this is me- on Halloween night- DEMON DOG...

It's all about Rosie- cats fight back...

This is a message from the cat, Lacey to be precise. I am cold, this house is cold and try as I might, climbing into Rosie's snug looking bed when her back is turned, hoping to share body heat she simply usurps me. Hmmmmm.... anyway she is supposed to be updating this bloody thing but insists on playing instead so I am interjecting.

Rosie will be posting soon, if she can leave that ball alone.

We had quite the housefull this past weekend- the grandparents you know. My sister and I, well we did get some attention but once again it was all about Rosie. It's always about Rosie...

This is me: Lovely aren't I? Sexxxxyyyyy....

Rosie will follow, no doubt....

Didn't we have a lovely day the day we went to Bangor...

I love it!
I love it!
I love it!

Yesterday I met Jake and he is big and handsome and very well behaved- you think I am gonna be that good? Yeah right!

Anyway Nikki came and I remember her, she is the one that brought me home. Well she came with Jake and then we went to Bangor and met with my Godmother Joy and we went to a whole new place and it was so much fun!!! Like so much fun!

These are the pictures:

Chilling on the grass

Jake again

And again

Trying to play with Jake

Still trying to play with Jake

Still trying to play with Jake

Still trying to play with Jake

Still trying to play with Jake

Phew this is tiring...

So that's what you mean by focus... keeping your eye on the ball is it? Is it? Is it? Looks like hard work to me!

Think I will play with Godmum Joy instead (What's a Godmum again?)

I really like Godmums whatever they are

Now I think I'll try and play with Jake AGAIN(mum says he is very tolerant (what's that mean then?)

Love it!

PS I do all my poos outside now and almost all my wees! And yesterday Nikki taught me to do 'down' after I sit and Mum has been asking me over and over (yawn yawn but I get lots of treats) and I do it- most of the time!

It's great being a dog it is!

Oh yes we had so much fun the day we went to Bangor...
